The data automatic recovering method of a private exchange system includes the steps of storing an effective message at a point of time a system data changing message is generated; examining a system reset point of time and whether data automatic recovering is performed; outputting content indicating a start of the automatic recovering function performance to a terminal and after that, performing according to the message stored in an SRAMl; and outputting a termination of the automatic recovering function performance.
