The propenoic ester derivative including a 4-hydroxy pryrazole indicated by a structural formula(I) used for agricultural medicines like a bactericide is prepared by (A) reacting a propenoic benzylbromide of a structural formula(II) with 4-hydroxy pryrazole of a structural formula(III) under base presence. (B) reacting a glyoxylate derivative of a structural formula(IV) with triphenyl phosphine, alkylthiomethy triphenyl phosphine and like. In the above formula, R1 is hydrogen atom, halogen atom and methoxy group. R2 is ethoxy, methylthio, low-level alkoxy group and R3 is phenyl, replaced phenyl, methyl group. R4 is hydrogen atom, halogen atom and low-level alkyl group. R5 is hydrogen atom, halogen atom and trifluoromethyl group. X is carbon or nitrogen.
