FIELD: wood working industry. SUBSTANCE: method includes sawing out of rough workpieces from cut logs along longitudinal fibers of wood. In so doing, cross-section of each rough workpiece is made smaller than longitudinal and it is made in the form of equilateral regular polygon with equal areas for each workpiece. Workpieces are collected and cemented into pack over long faces and then pack is cut in cross direction and, at least, one end face of plate is ground. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 10 cl, 8 dwg |
