FIELD: mechanical engineering; test benches, installations and machines; discharge of excess gas from pneumohydraulic systems. SUBSTANCE: safety valve has body 1 with inlet channel 2 and outlet channel 3 plate 4 welded to bellows 5, seat 6 with stop 7 fitted to thrust in bearing 8. Through holes 9 and 10 made in plate 4 connect inlet space 11 with lapped surfaces Tof seat 6 on lapped surfaces Tof which through holes 12 are made through which inlet space 11 communicates with outlet channel 3. Bearing 8 is installed by its outer surface in body 1 and is secured in body by spring rings 13. Made in seat 6 in space of outlet channel 3 is blind hole 14 with slots 15. Step 16 of bushing 17 is fitted in slots 15. Bushing 17 is welded to upper end of coiled tubular spring 18. Made in lower end of spring is union 19 which communicates inner space through pipeline 20. Plate 4 is pressed to seat by spring 21 through support 22, pressure being adjusted by set of adjusting shims 23. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of operation. |
