The present invention relates to an antibacterial primer agent for vacuum deposition and a multi-coating method using the same and, more specifically, to: an antibacterial primer coating agent for vacuum deposition, which can provide antibacterial activity to a nano-thickness primer coating layer that is coated between a base material and a functional coating layer so as to improve adhesive strength; and a multi-coating method which can provide antibacterial activity without inhibiting the water/oil repellency and durability of a water/oil-repellent coating by forming a water/oil-repellent functional coating layer on an antibacterial primer coating layer formed using the antibacterial primer coating agent.
