<p>A fluid-tight coupling (1) including an end (2) of a rigid tube (3) inserted into a cylindrical bore (4) in a part (5) or a second tube. The rigid tube end comprises a first end portion (8) provided with at least one gasket (11) and a second portion (16) with a radial circumferential projection (20) having frusto-conical flanks. The bore (4) ends in a substantially ring-shaped chamber (25) extending radially outwards opposite the projection (20) and being defined on one side by a retaining lip (26) which has an edge radially located at a distance from the outer surface of the second portion slightly above the level of the projection. The coupling comprises a circular spring (31) fitted around said second portion (16) and arranged between the projection (20) and the inner surface of the lip (26) to prevent relative telescopic disengagement of the tube end (2) and the bore (4).</p> |
