METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF CONSTITUENT POTASSIUM HUMATE

FIELD: production of humine preparations of brown coal, agriculture. SUBSTANCE: method involves grinding of brown coal till fraction less than 100 μm in size is prepared. Then ground brown coal is treated by 2-10 % of aqueous solution of KOH at constant mixing. Thus obtained mass is initially mixed within 30-60 min with phosphorous-containing component, and then it is mixed with peptizing agent. Then granulation is carried out, thus prepared granules are allowed to stand within 1-3 h at 35-45 C. The process is followed by drying at 85-95 C till desired moisture content is prepared. Phosphorits or double superphosphate and/or ammophos (being preliminary ground till particles less than 100 μm in size are prepared) are used as mentioned above phosphorous-containing component, 4-5 % urea solution is used as said peptizing agent.
