In the case of to separate the top cover(12) from bottom cover(14), the bolt(17) which connects the upper flange(12a) of the top cover(12) and the front(14a) of the bottom cover(14) is pulled off. And as the top cover(12) is pull upward, then connecting piece(13) formed on both sides of the lower part of the top cover(12) will be removed from the bottom cover connecting piece(15) and supporting the rib(16), and thus the cover(12) will be separated from the bottom cover(14).
