The high-frequency dispersion device of a high-frequency heater includes a tinned body(10) having an opened top surface into which a high-frequency flows through a waveguide(70). The depth and width of the body(10) are formed to change guide wavelength received from the waveguide(70) into free field wavelength, and the height thereof is formed to be shorter than a half of ramda. Also, the body(10) forms three high-frequency transmission holes(20,30,40) on the bottom surface thereof, which are disposed to be 90 angled in three-way direction on the center of a high-frequency receiving hole(61) to which the waveguide(70) is attached.
