The circuit determines whether a received television signal corresponds to the receiving mode of internal circuit of TV, and changes the receiving mode of TV automatically. The circuit includes a differential amplifier(10) which amplifies signals from color killer terminals of main IC, a multivibrator driver(20) which outputs pulse according to the output of the differential amplifier, a multivibrator(40) which outputs pulse with a fixed period according to the output of the differential amplifier, and a T flip-flop which outputs broadcasting mode alternatively according to the amplified signal and clock signal.
