The innovation in a winding machine of the present invention, mainly consists of three cutting-fastening (for fiberglass haulage)-releasing mechanisms operated with electromagnets, which are energized and de-energized in certain convenient positions. These three mechanisms are equidistantly installed in a pair of chains. To support and displace the chains, a pair of sprockets are disposed in the upper part which are mounted in a horizontal shaft, the shaft being spun about using an electric motor coupled to said shaft. To support the chains by the lower part thereof, a second horizontal shaft is disposed having a second pair of sprockets. Each of the shafts is fastened in turn with a pair of bearings. The three cutting-fastening-releasing mechanism assembly of the fiberglass in a pair of chains, and actuation of the cutting and fastening mechanisms by respective sensors, makes it possible to completely automatically operate the winding machine of the present invention, with its respective control electronic components which allow a perfectly synchronized operation for motors spinning, and which correctly actuate the cutting and fastening mechanisms.
