The present invention discloses an apparatus that sterilizes all type of fluids, using all type of electronic equipment comprised in all automobile spare parts and electronic equipment, that can be attained in radio and television spare part stores, thus obtaining an electric discharge of 25 to 30,000 volts with 30 milliamperes, which connected to two different polarity electrodes, inside the tube where the fluid is passing through, the high electric conductivity of all the liquids, and moisture-containing fluids is used to electrocute virus and bacteria contained in the fluid, modifying the electric current parameters such as: potency, voltage, amperage and frequency. The electronic circuits are sized to work with a 120 volts and 30 amperes and 60 cycles/second normal contact, or with 12 volts and 30 amperes provided by a standard automobile battery.
