The device having absorption member has longitudinal dimension in length transverse dimension in width, frontal belt part, back belt part, intermediate part connected to the frontal and back belt parts. The device has lining layer having a pair of edges positioned in front of each other in transverse direction. Each lateral edge is concave from outside and end outline of the lateral edge is placed in given areas of notches for femur part in the intermediate part of each of the lateral edges. Each concave outline of the lateral edge has given length in longitudinal direction. The face layer is permeable for liquid. It is connected to the lining layer allover it. Absorbent layer is placed between the face and lining layer. Separate flexible corrugated flange for thighs is connected to the device along each of given areas of femoral notches. Each femoral flange is made so that it passes beyond the boundaries and serves as bridge between the opposite parts of one of concave contours of the lining layer connected to it being separated from each other.
