SUBSTANCE: automatic device has drive shaft of reduction gear connected with drive lever through crank-and-connecting rod links arranged at opposite sides of spring washer forming unit, lever being rigidly secured on cutoff knife holder rocking axle and wire feed carriage installed for movement along wire feed axle and provided with two vertical grips and wedge-and roller grip compression cut-in link arranged between two fixed side wire feed guides on length of wire feed step from one of them and provided with horizontal support wire feed edge at side opposite to direction of wire bending.
