Tape is laid on reel to form coil with clearances between coils and breakable energy-consuming member (material) is placed in clearances between coils, being secured on adjacent coils of tape. Reel is fastened on axle of bracket mounted either on object to be braked or member relative to which braking is performed. EFFECT: improved reliability of braking. |
