FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to technical aids testing state of construction structures. Meter is inserted with test unit, time fixing unit, measurement unit, indicator, family of formers and additional former which input is connected to output of first OR gate and which output is linked to input of coder. First and second groups of outputs of test unit are connected to group of inputs of first OR gate and to inputs of corresponding transducers of group correspondingly. Input of family of formers are connected to outputs of proper transducers and their outputs are linked to corresponding inputs of groups of inputs of second OR gate and coder. Input of time fixing unit, first and second groups of inputs and group of outputs of measurement unit are connected to output of second OR gate, groups of outputs of coder and time fixing unit and to group of inputs of indicator correspondingly. Test unit incorporates first and second generators, first counter, decoder and family of key elements which first inputs are connected to proper outputs of decoder and first group of outputs of unit. Second inputs are connected to voltage source and outputs form second group of outputs of unit. Input of second generator is connected to output of first generator and its output is linked to counting input of first counter. Time fixing unit includes third generator, second counter and family of AND gates which first inputs are connected to proper outputs of second counter and which second inputs are linked to input of unit. Output of third generator and outputs of AND gates are connected to counting input of second counter and form group of outputs of unit correspondingly.
