FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 1 with a drive for rotation of working member which consists of outer drum 3 and inner drum 4 made up as truncated cones and interconnected through radial ties 5. The horizontal axis of the outer drum 3 crosses the axis of inner drum 4 in the plane of the end face of the latter. Outer drum 3 is set in supports for permitting rotation. The surface of the drum from the side of grater end face is provided with perforated ring portion 7 for discharging washing solution and waste to receiver 8 which underlies the portion. The greater end face of Inner drum 4 is inside outer drum 3 from the side of its smaller end face to define between them fee space 9. Rotatable chute 10 is mounted on frame 1 via axle 11 allowing it to overlap the bottom portion of free space 9 for discharging parts 12 or loose it during charging and working. These positions are fixed with the use of openings 13 and 14 in rotatable chute 10. One of the openings receives a spring-loaded rod arranged on frame. On inner drum 4 from the side of its greater end face is a separator made up as a perforated ring portion 16 for separating working granulated fluid 17 from parts 12 to be worked. In addition from the side of the smaller end face is a means for supplying granulated fluid 17 made up as ports 18 in the side surface that are separated with deflectors 19 and overloading blades 20. The smaller end face of Inner drum 4 and overloading blades 20 are rigidly secured to flange 21 through which it is secured to the larger end face of outer drum 3. Receiver 8 for waste has discharging chute, settling tank 23 and tank 24 with heater 25 for washing solution and pump 26 for supplying it immediately to the perforated ring portion 15 of inner drum 4.
