Photoelectric activated logic circuit for telephone network accessed surveillance visual display

The Photoelectric cell (1) is placed to detect the visual display indicating an incoming signal on a telephone network. When a call is sensed, a logic circuit (2) connected across the photoelectric cell detects that the signal has been received, and switches the input to the transmitter which would receive test signals.
