Dihydropyridine compounds represented by general formula (I) or pharmacologically acceptable salts thereof and an anticancer tolerance restorative or an anticancer agent potentiator comprising the same as the active ingredient; wherein R<1> represents -A-(3-pyridyl) (wherein A represents linear C3-6 alkylene); R<2> represents C2-6 alkyl, alkenyl or alkynyl, optionally substituted lower alkyl or lower alkenyl, or optionally substituted cycloalkyl; R<3> represents a group having one or two optionally substituted phenyl groups; and n is an integer of from 1 to 4.
