Combined use of one or more drugs selected from among quinolonecarboxylic acid-based anti-HIV agents with one or more drugs selected from among reverse transcriptase inhibitors and HIV protease inhibitors for treating or preventing AIDS; and remedies or preventives for AIDS containing as the active ingredient one or more drugs selected from among quinolonecarboxylic acid-based anti-HIV agents together with one or more drugs selected from among reverse transcriptase inhibitors and HIV protease inhibitors.
