The purpose of the present invention is to provide a technique which, when feeding out an electric cable along the direction of extension, enables a grasping portion positioned downstream in the feed direction of the electric cable to more securely grasp the leading end of the electric cable being fed out. This electric cable transfer device is provided with: a length adjusting feed mechanism which feeds out the electric cable along the extension direction and which adjusts the length of the electric cable fed out; a grasping unit which, disposed downstream of the length adjusting feed mechanism, is capable of grasping the leading end of the cable being fed out; and a pressing guide unit which includes a pressing surface that can press the electric cable and which is provided along the feed direction of the electric cable between the length adjusting feed mechanism and the grasping unit. |
