The articulation comprises a one-piece body (2) having an axis (X-X). The body has an internal portion (3), an external portion (4) and several transverse arms (5). The arms have a polygonal cross section, and are elastically deformable. The arms are inclined with respect to the axis, forming an angle of 60 deg. with respect to the axis. The arms are joined to both the internal and the external portions, and are convergent in direction of the center of rotation (CR) of the articulation. The arms are beams whose neutral axis (6) converge towards the center of rotation.
