FIELD: ferrous metallurgy; burner devices for burning liquid and gaseous fuels and forming stable jet at increased oxidizing potential. SUBSTANCE: burner device includes cooled jacket with fuel atomizer arranged inside it, handle for supply of gaseous fuel and pair of handles with outlet tips made in form of Laval nozzles for supply of oxidizing gas into jet. Oxidizing gas supply handles are additionally provided with cylindrical shells mounted coaxially; length and inner diameter of these shells is equal respectively to (3-4) and (0.25-0.4) of critical diameter of outlet tip; outlet end of ferrule is located in widening portion of tip.
