Ground is removed from pipe by drawing special cleaners through its length which are attached to drawing member in tandem. Device is provided with impact-action working unit, bush and winch with rope. Rope is fastened to working unit. Winch together with other end of rope attached to it is installed for operation at other end of pipe to be driven. Rope is located inside pipe.
