FIELD: welding of plastic materials, particular, devices for welding of polymer materials. SUBSTANCE: the offered device has tensioning appliance made in form of two C-shaped turning levers facing each other. One end of levers is hinged with axles of driven rollers of conveying belts connected with movable carriage. The latter has, in the middle part, screw pair. Mechanism for drawing apart of heaters and coolers is made in form of two parallel longitudinal systems of screw pair and tie-rods connected with rocking T-shaped rocker arm. Rocker arm has vertical pressing lever on its free end. Lever is hinged with middle part of horizontal rocker arm. Rocker arm ends are hinged with rocking levers fitted with their middle part onto corresponding axles installed in body vertical slots. Axles are secured in middle parts of lower heater and cooler. Lower system is spring-loaded. Conveying belts are made of glass fiber cloth joined by layers with each other by means of heat-proof adhesive compound. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 2 dwgr
