SUBSTANCE: method deals with forming a channel for transplant from intervertebral disk area and placing this transplant along vertical spinal axis. EFFECT: higher strength of transplant fixation, decreased operational blood loss, wider indications for corporodesis, shortened period of therapy from 3-3!5 months to 32!5 days and decreased total therapy course by 2!5 months.
