The present invention refers to a modular display system comprising a support base for receiving and supporting the weight of said modular display in its upright position; a plurality of flat panels which will contain promotions to be displayed, at least a panel being disposed on the support base, said plurality of panels comprising a joining means for joining, interconnecting and keeping said panels together in a selected configuration; and an abutment or top cover at the upper end of at least one of the plurality of panels for providing strength and firmness to the display structure.
