PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest which includes a dynamic damper and enables the dynamic damper to be disposed in a space part formed in a cushioning material of the headrest without using components such as an inner cover, and to provide a manufacturing method of the headrest.SOLUTION: A headrest 3 comprises: a frame 3a forming a framework; a dynamic damper 10 attached to the frame 3a; a surface cover 3c formed into a bag shape; and a pad 3b formed by injecting a foamable synthetic resin material into the surface cover 3c and form-molding the resin material integrally with the frame 3a. The dynamic damper 10 is arranged in a hollow part 5 formed in the pad 3b so as not to contact with the pad 3b during vibration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
