The rectangular shaped vibration preventing device(6) is connected and fixed in the form of surrounding the brush holder(1) outer surface which the brush is inserted. On the one side end of the vibration preventing device(6), the brush vibration preventing bar(7) is installed by being bent-up with 's angle and the support strip(8) is formed in one body on the end of bar(7) to hold in one side of the brush(5) which gets inserted to the brush holder(1). At this point, the brush holder(1) holds the brush(5) even firmer by forming the insert groove(9) that the one side is bent so the semisphere shaped supporter(8) of the bar(7)and the brush(5) is easily bonded.
