A clutch friction device is disclosed as employing a delaying apparatus of the liquid flow velocity. The device comprises an orifice and a velocity delay means. The orifice is installed between the connecting elements connecting the clutch master cylinder and the release cylinder. The velocity delay means is attached to the both ends of the orifice and supplies the fluid in the clutch master cylinder to the release cylinder during power disconnection and slows down the fluid flow when the fly wheel is engaged to the disc to transmit power.
