SUBSTANCE: method is suggested to treat body state dependent on ovarian estrogens such as endometriosis, uterine leiomyoma, premenstrual syndrome or dysfunctional uterine bleeding. It deals with injection of analog of gonadotropin releasing hormone and antiprogestine which provide a long-term treatment free of rapid decrease of osseous density which could be observed at application of gonadotropin releasing hormone analogs only.
