GEAR FOR CONTACTLESS SORTING OF OBJECTS WITH DEVELOPED SURFACE BY WEIGHT

FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: gear for contactless sorting of objects with developed surface by weight includes main and additional pneumatic transport, weight-sensitive element located above main transport manufactured in the form of cylinder, cylindrical and torus-like chambers of rectangular section manufactured inside cylinder uniaxially one to another and to axis of sensitive element. They have proper inlets for communication with pressure source through adjusted throttles. One chamber has circular outlet in the form of cone-shaped conduit expanding towards end face of sensitive element. Conduit is provided with tap from cylindrical chamber which outlet hole is located in side at level of lower end face of weight-sensitive element on side opposite to additional pneumatic transport and is oriented towards this pneumatic transport. Sorting is carried out by " critical " mass which corresponds to clearance between end face of weight-sensitive element and article passing over main pneumatic transport.
