Stationary bearing post has side groove, and base is provided with longitudinal groove. The latter houses draw-out support. Upper part of post accommodates rotary power shaft which carries rigidly secured lever with longitudinal groove. Draw-out transmitting lever which vacant end is fitted with fork for coupling with output end of dynamometer is installed on rotary shaft and may be fixed in rotary shaft longitudinal groove.
