A method of diluting concentrated cleaning composition and cleaning outdoor soiled surfaces with the diluted cleaning composition. The concentrated cleaning solution can include an aqueous chlorinated bleach solution is diluted with water to form a diluted composition which is applied to the surfaces to be cleaned to effect loosening of soil. Thereafter, the loosened soil is removed by the mechanical action of a water spray. The cleaning composition can be sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned by a hand held sprayer such as an aspirator or closed venturi type of hose end sprayer.
