<p>The invention relates to a method of methacrylic acid's content reduction, in a crude methylmetacrylate ester during its synthesis, from acetonecyanohydrine, sulphuric acid followed by a methanol esterification, crude ester distillation that is processed through a rectifying apparatus and in a reflux of detergent water in range of 10-80 percent by weight, preferably 50 percent by weight. The content of methacrylic acid and other by-products in the crude methylmetacrylate is reduced as a result. Furthermore, yield of the product is increased, and production of polymeric substances in further cleaning of the crude product is reduced.</p> |
