METHOD OF TREATMENT OF HUMAN WITH IMMUNOSUPPRESSION AT SEPSIS

FIELD: medicine, infectious diseases. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes the use of human interleukin-2 prepared from yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Strain is deposited in All-Russian Collection of industrial microorganisms at N VKPM-U 791. Interleukin-2 is administrated at doses from 100 000 to 3 000 000 IU/24 h/1 m patient body surface. In contrast to other interleukins used for treatment of sepsis the proposed interleukin-2 shows stimulating effect on "resting" lymphocytes, induces production of interleukin-8 and tumor necrosis factor. Method can be used for treatment of severe states in human caused by infection and for correction of IMMUNOSUPPRESSION at sepsis in human also. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 5 tbli
