FIELD: fish breeding, in particular, equipment for fish rearing, wintering and catching in hibernating ponds. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has drive, blade turbine and floating base with annular air duct positioned in bottom layer of water body in axial alignment with turbine. Air duct has microscopic air release holes and is connected via reinforced hose to compressor or receiver and compressor. Air duct is made flexible. Sprayers are arranged so that air bubbles emerge above turbine blades. EFFECT: reduced labor intensity, wider range of usage by switching to various electrical units including wind-driven units and reduced power consumption. 2 cl, 2 dwg.
