摘要

FIELD: vacuum technology, formation of superhigh vacuum. SUBSTANCE: after filling of first vessel where high vacuum is needed to be obtained temperature is raised in it. Walls of second vessel are cooled to formation of crystallization layer on them. Then liquid is removed from first vessel to second one. Temperature of walls of first vessel is lowered to form crystallization layer on them. The bigger is temperature difference in vessels the smaller is number of molecules of liquid left in first vessel. As result residual pressure in first vessel determined by pressure of vapors of remaining liquid at temperature of cooling agent and superhigh vacuum will be minimal.
