摘要 FIELD: genetic engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method of analysis involving the use of genetic probes and biosensor including detector of oscillation damping. Method involves synthesis of oligonucleotide that is complementary to all or part of oligonucleotide sequence that is typical for RNA or DNA in the analyzed material and immobilized on the surface of wave guide detector of oscillation damping. The content of typical sequence is enriched by amplification of specific sequences which is carried out in the presence of the immobilized oligonucleotide. The obtained immobilized oligonucleotide is treated with sample material solution or DNA, or RNA isolated from this material under conditions ensuring DNA or RNA hybridization with the immobilized oligonucleotide. Then the immobilized oligonucleotide is bound with fluorescent agent under conditions providing the binding an agent that is detected by fluorescence with hybridization product. Amount of an agent that is detected by fluorescence is measured using detector of oscillation damping. Relationship between the measured amount and the presence, identity and/or amount of the analyzed material is determined. The set for analysis involves oligonucleotide showing complementarity to part of oligonucleotide sequence that is typical for RNA or DNA of material to be estimated and an agent that is detected by fluorescence.
