PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharge device capable of enlarging the area of a terminal part of the piezoelectric element for characteristic inspection while suppressing the size increase of a flow channel substrate.SOLUTION: In a liquid discharge device, a plurality of piezoelectric elements 40 arranged in a first direction and piezoelectric elements 41 for inspection in parallel with the piezoelectric element 40 at one side in the first direction are disposed on a first flow channel substrate 22. Plural discrete wires 55 are drawn out from plural piezoelectric elements 40, respectively in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. The discrete wire 55 connected to a part of the piezoelectric element 40 positioning at one side in the first direction extends toward the other side of the first direction in the direction crossing with both of the first and second directions. At least a part of the terminal part 57 drawn out from the piezoelectric element 41 for inspection in the second direction positions at the other side of the piezoelectric element 41 in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
