The invention refers to the applied design to the artesans. In this concrete case to the foldable piñata that considerably differs from the conventional piñata in the design of its structure (cones, bellows, container, flanges, reinforcements and ornament, Fig. No. 13). Achieving the incorporation of a tridimensional flat geometrical figure (Fig. 1), and facilitating the manufacturing process (100 percent of the build up is made of flat form). Without affecting the final and improved result the technical qualities and ornament (photo No. 1). The main objective of the foldable piñata is to provide a traditional Mexican article with its technical innovations of design and manufacture. Joining the necessary requirements of a conventional piñata and considerably improving its characteristics: the production time without leaving to be an artesenal, better in a proportion of 4/1. The manufacture is of better quality, thanks to the use of swage and assembly templates in the storage as in the production the space is reduced for this purpose to a proportion of 20/1. The transportation is facilitated thanks to its size (70 * 50 * 3.5 cm) and to the minimum weight of 1.2 kg in the packing giving an advantage of 20/1. The security and resistance which a macrame rope gives by not allowing that the pieces fly out avoiding accidents to the consumer.
