An apparatus is described for the digital correction in an image system comprising process elements for automatically adjusting the direct current gains of an image signal; an analog converter to digital for converting the image signal adapted to a digital signal; byte increaser element for generating a byte increased signal; and post-process elements for generating an image code through the process of the byte increased signal and through the correction of brightness, darkness, gamma and shady. The present invention provides an improved apparatus for correcting the spare of non-uniformity to light avoiding the image defect while not engaging the exactitude bytes of the system.
