FIELD: locking devices. SUBSTANCE: this can be used for locking or fixing doors, window frames, leaves, drawers, etc. Magnetic lock is made up of following components installed in its body: permanent magnet with pole head-pieces, and strip which adjoins pole head-pieces. Pole head-pieces are butted at one side of permanent magnet thus creating internal space which accommodates magnetic circuitry with solid of revolution, and non-magnetic insert which separates solid of revolution from permanent magnet. Made in pole head-pieces perpendicularly to line of their butting is hole for strip to pass into internal space. Strip is made as non-magnetic and with L-shape hook on its end. Removable magnetic circuitry handle adjoins pole head-pieces at other side of permanent magnet. Aforesaid embodiment of magnetic lock ensures rigid mechanical fixing of locking components.
