The invention concerns a press-fit connection arrangement comprising an electrical conductor EC, a printed circuit board PCB with at least one connection hole passing through the printed circuit board and a connector PF which at its first shoulder has a device for receiving the electrical connector and in a part going in a direction away from the first shoulder there is formed a press-fit area A of which at least one part is located inside the connection hole and the outer surface of which is in contact with the inner surface of the connection hole. In order to bring about a simple and economical press-fit connection (a) there is a cavity in the device for receiving the electrical connector, which cavity extends from the first shoulder to the press-fit area and (b) the electrical connector is inserted in the cavity within the press-fit area A and locked in place by a locking zone 20 being formed on the outer surface of the part of the press-fit area that comprises the electrical connector, where the outer diameter of the press-fit area within the locking zone is considerably smaller than outside the locking zone. <IMAGE>
