摘要 FIELD: magnetic recording equipment, in particular, production of working layers of magnetic recording carrier. SUBSTANCE: method involves ion-plasma atomization of magnetic metals and their condensation in amorphous state, which is magnetically soft for such condensate materials. Crystallization during condensation is prevented by staged deposition: 5-10 seconds of deposition, then cooling for 1-2 seconds under pressure of 0.1-0.2 Pa.
