SUBSTANCE: transmitting part of device has low-frequency oscillator 1, pseudorandom sequence driver 2, phase shifter 3, pseudorandom sequence generator 4, two multipliers 5 and 8, squarer 6, full-phase manipulator 7, adder 9, modulo-two adder 19, additional pseudorandom sequence generator 20, first and second time discriminator 21 and 22, shift register 23, adder 24. Receiving part of device has synchronization unit 10, first and second multipliers 11, 15, pseudorandom sequence driver 12, phase shifter 13, reference pseudorandom sequence generator 14, first and second band-pass filters 16, 18, phase detector 17, first and second time selectors 25 and 26, shift register 27, delay gate 28, multiplier 29, additional pseudorandom sequence analyzer 30, sign multiplier 31, additional pseudorandom sequence generator 32, adder 33, gate 34. Device practically eliminates possibility to receive signal from extraneous transmitter with arbitrary power level, because signals are identified not only by level of relative correlation of received and reference signals, but also on logical level by means of analysis of introduced structure of additional pseudorandom sequence.
