摘要 1. Device for explosion, combustion and pyrolysis for environmentally sound disposal of hazardous material including explosive and /or toxic materials, comprising a lock chamber (1) charged with hazardous material through a lock (9), the explosion and combustion chamber (4) with the inner lining through which hazardous material is introduced and a lower outlet aperture (6) for the produced waste gases wherein at least the inner lining of the explosion and combustion chamber (4) is made from stacked steel rings (5) which when joined form an upper inlet aperture (3) of the explosion and combustion chamber (4) through which hazardous material is introduced and a lower outlet aperture (6) for the produced waste; the inlet aperture (3) of the explosion and combustion chamber (4) can be closed off by a steel block (10) which can be lowered in the lock chamber (1). 2. Device of Claim 1, wherein a vertical channel (8) is provided for location of at least part of a container said container for scrap for scrap formed under said explosion and combustion chamber (4). 3. Device of Claim 1 or 2, wherein said device has a system for pressure reduction, connected to said explosion and combustion chamber (4). 4. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said steel block (10) is hollow and said hollow space is filled with sand. 5. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said steel rings (5), forming the inner lining of the explosion and combustion chamber (4) are surrounded with second lining. 6. Device of Claim 5, wherein said second lining is made of ferrite steel. 7. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said lock chamber (1) is formed by a steel cover (11), enabling to be arranged on the bottom part (2), opening a passage into said explosion and combustion chamber (4), its possible removing from said bottom part and hermetic sealing with it. 8. Device of Claim 5, wherein said steel cover (11) is hollow and said hollow space is filled with sand. 9. Device of Claim 7 or 8, wherein said bottom part (2) of said lock chamber (1).as a funnel-like recess. 10. Device of Claim 9, wherein suspended in the lock chamber (1) said steel block (10) has a shape of a truncated cone and its shape corresponds the shape of said recess in the bottom part (2) of said lock chamber (1) 11. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein shock-absorbing elements (12) are suspended under said steel block (10). 12. Device of Claim 11, wherein said steel block (10) has an inner cavity, in which are partially arranged shock-absorbing elements. 13. Device of Claim 11 or 12, wherein said shock-absorbing elements (12) are suspended, enabling to lower them on the cover of said lock chamber (1). 14. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said lock chamber (1) and said explosion and combustion chamber (4) are encircled into general isolating outer casing (15). 15. Device of Claim 14, wherein means (16) for circulating cooling agent are provided in said outer casing (15) 16. Device of Claim 14 or 15, wherein the inner casing or inner casings are encircled with a protection cylinder (14), which is hollow, and said hollow space is filled with sand. 17. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein steel rings (5), forming said inner casing of said explosion and combustion chamber (4) are mounted on a concrete foundation. 18. Device of Claim 17, wherein said concrete foundation consists of several stacked concrete rings (7), which form a channel (8) in the middle for locating a part of said container for scrap. 19. Device of one of Claims 2-18, wherein said container for scrap is arranged on a transport means (18), using which the scrap is brought into a transport container (19). 20. Device of Claim 19, wherein under first transport means (18) second transport means (20) is arranged 21. Device of Claim 20, wherein said transport means (19) is sectioned, enabling to charge of each partial volume by one of said transport means (18, 20). 22. Device of one of Claims 19-21, wherein said transport means (18, 20) is a chain-driven band. 23. Device of one of Claims 19-22, wherein said transport (19) is movable into a heating annealing chamber (21) for repeated annealing. 24. Device of Claim 23 wherein said annealing chamber (21) is connected with said system for pressure reduction. 25. Device of Claim 23 or 24, wherein said transport container (19) is movable into a cooling chamber (23) for cooling. 26. Device of Claim 25, wherein said cooling chamber (23) is connected with said system for pressure reduction. 27. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said explosion and combustion chamber (4) is followed by a reducing chamber (25) for chemical treatment of gases, released during explosion and/or combustion. 28. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said explosion and combustion chamber (4) and said reducing chamber are further followed by a chamber (26) of repeated combustion for thermal treatment of gases, released during explosion and/or combustion. 29. Device of Claim 28, wherein said chamber (26) of repeated combustion has a vertically-disposed longitudinal axis and said chamber is arranged directly on said outer casing (15), encircling said explosion and combustion chamber (4). 30. Device of Claim 28 or 29, wherein the walls of said chamber (26) of repeated combustion are provided with shaped bodies (31) narrowing the gas flow in labyrinth-like manner. 31. Device of Claim 30, wherein said shaped bodies (31) are plane and arranged on the bottom side of said chamber (26). 32. Device of Claim 30 or 31, wherein the upper sides of said shaped bodies (31) are inclined downwards. 33. Device of any preceding Claims, wherein said lock (9), arranged in said lock chamber (1) is disposed on almost ground level.
