The invention is used in the vodka industry. This invention describes the composition of ingredients of aromatic wine. The composition traditionally consists of white grape wine and a mixture of water-alcohol. Additional ingredients: sugar, lemon acid, caramel, almond aroma, cacao aroma, the ratio of components (kilos per 1,000 decalitres): sugar - 1000.0-1400.0; lemon acid - 15.0-25.0; white grape wine - 5000.0-7000.0; caramel 30.0-40.0; almond aroma 10.0-20.0; cacao aroma - 10.0-20.0; mixture of water-alcohol - remaining quantity to 1,000 decalitres. |
