The paving slab has a surface made of plastics resin based composition with marking properties according to ZTV-M 84. An Independent claim is also included for the manufacture of the paving slab, in which a mold is filled with a catalyzed polymer-concrete mixture, a layer of catalyzed marking material is then applied to the still liquid, gelled or already hardened mixture, left to harden, and a reflective body placed on the hardened marking composition. Preferred Slab: The slab is a body made of modified polymer-concrete with marking properties or a body of polymer-concrete. The marking surfaces are flat or profiled or structured.
