摘要 |
FIELD: electrical engineering; manufacture of long composite stranded conductors built around high-temperature superconducting compounds. SUBSTANCE: method involves deformation of complex blank (degree of deformation per pass is 1-7%) built up of sheath and desired number of gaging parts of cut deformed blank to obtain long conductor, high- temperature treatment for producing superconducting phase of desired composition and structure in strands, followed by production of insulating coat on sheath by covering sheath surface with organometallic compound, followed by high-temperature treatment. Amorphous structure of insulating coat and stranded design of conductor enable correction of parts built around it. EFFECT: improved resistance of insulated long conductor to bending strain due to enlarged number of ceramic strands in core. 2 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
